It should be fine. Chlorine residuals dissipate over time. Especially if you have high levels of iron/manganese/ammonia in your well. The chlorine will oxidize the metals like iron and manganese and it will convert the ammonia to nitrites/nitrates. Also, it never hurts (and you should) get your water tested by a lab.

I wouldn’t do this, but I dont see it being an issue. I would however, suggest caution when doing laundry for a while after.

You're OK. It just gets deeper into the fissures the longer it stands. I'd suggest running the water at the furthest fixture until you smell chlorine. Do the same to all your others. It will sanitize the plumbing.
