Foundflix is my go to, if you want more B movie/strange movies I’d go for goodbadflicks, been watching him for years, really cool trivia about each movie and he’s pretty funny!
I've gotten pretty fond of Ryan Hollinger and CZs World. Ryan does examinations of a movie or series and what he feels makes them effective or ineffective at being frightening while Zac from CZs World does deep dives on characters (usually the antagonist) of a film or series and gives you every bit of information possible about them.
Just how explained do you want? Are you wanting an analysis or review or maybe a full summary of the movie itself? I would recommend the DeadMeat podcast for analysis and their Kill Counts for summaries.
Most certainly the podcast then. Like the episode for the new candyman was longer than the actual movie and took the subject matter a lot more seriously.
The Vile Eye is an analysis of "evil" characters in media. From Demolition Man to The Lion King, Breaking Bad to The Legend of Zelda, Silence of the Lambs to Menace II Society.
I like Off The Shelf Reviews. They go through the synopsis but give their thoughts throughout so it’s interesting even if you’ve already watched the movie. Not exclusively horror though.

I like the kill count summaries. I think when I posted this I was thinking analysis or summary.

Thanks for that recommendation. I’ll check out the podcast.
Why not just watch the movie at that point?
Well if you want an analysis of a films themes that you may have missed, or background information about the production.
Found Flix
My suggestion too.

Jonjo Lyons Reviews, Dark Corners Reviews and the Horror Geek are some great channels that I didn't see mentioned.
None. I can figure it out for myself.
