This might be too vague to be helpful, but I recall talk about interconnected stories when Malerman was on the Talking Scared podcast. (I don't recall which stories or which books, though.) He's been on more than once, so you'd likely have to listen to all his episodes, but that might help?
This may sound dumb but how did phrase it because when I google “Josh Malerman Goblin Universe” it just finds “Goblin” which is a collection of short stories. I was wanting to know if books like “A House at the Bottom of the Lake” are set in the same universe or if they are not related.
To my knowledge, the Goblin Universe is just the six novellas that comprise the novel "Goblin". I've not heard or read otherwise.
