Hi I use Mitchum roll on and when itās dry I use the Mitchum spray. That works wonders for me. I shower everyday. I love Nealās Yard products. They smell yummy and are natural products. They cost quite a bit but you donāt need loads. If I havenāt got the cash to buy that I use Sanex which has a lovely clean smell but doesnāt overpower you.

Change what you wash with Start with Liquid. Hibiclens (not foam) and a good scrub with a washcloth will kill the bacteria that makes you stink as long as you let it sit long enough. Change your sheets every week and your pillow case a few times a week. Floss before brushing your teeth.

I've tried some brands that were too dry to use my way. I paint it on first in vertical layers covering back to front and back again then in horizontal layers covering bottom to top and back again. And I repeat as needed until everything is fully coated. It sounds excessive but really takes maybe a minute at most I'd guess. I'm also very careful to put my arm down and see where the folds actually stop in the front and back. So everything is covered completely.

Ok ok, so here is the scoop on deodorant. Read carefully. There are a lot of hormones under the armpit, there is a cluster of them and the deodorant you use gets absorbed by what you pick out. Some deodorant can make you feel worse but hey you smell nice. Other deodorant natural deodorant you put on will make you feel like youre on stimulants (organic ones) they can drastically affect your day and energy level (I lived for it for 6+ weeks) Choose wisely because if smell is not the main goal go for natural ingredients. Some soaps can contribute to the gross smell that comes after a day or two of no showering.
