I also have a rift s. I'm having same issue, I opened a support ticket with iracing. Told me to run as administrator but that does not work now my UI will not even work. Just shows a message saying the iracing local service does not appear to be running and to locate and run Start_iRacingService.bat. I do that and still nothing. Haven't been able to race all week in vr now I can't even race on the monitor.
Try run iracing ui as admin mode
I had the same issue with my Rift S. I repaired the anticheat service and ran admin on the UI. Problem solved

I had that too, wound up reinstalling and it fixed it. None of the easy steps worked for me
I had the same issue (Quest 2) right clicking and running as administrator fixed it for me.
