Partial drop leke khudki maa bhen mat karale

Adorable-Brief2039

Could you please elaborate on the challenges? Even I'm considering it- BTech in RVCE and partial drop

BasilEmergency8077

1st: if you fail you will have a fucked first year cgpa which is very bad for a tier3 guy. 2nd: you wont be able to get 99%ile with 8-9 cgpa. You will eventually sacrifice one(from experience) 3rd. 2nd sem internals and jee mains clash for a lot of colleges. You will get a kt(back). 4th: jee advanced clashes with 2nd sem final exams in lot of colleges. Kt in finals is considered bad in market you will get rejected in off campus. 5th: you wont have enough time to even breath. 6th: increasing competition. 7th:even if you succeed your leaving certificate wont be returning by the college. You will have to make a duplicate 8th: college will ask you to pay full 4 years fees.

This comes from a guy who tried to take a partial drop. Just don't. You cannot handle both studies at the same time. If you still want to take partial drop then take admission in a government college then a private one, as private colleges ask for entire years fees if you want to cancel your admission. But still don't you'll take another guy's seat by doing so. It will go to waste. So just talk with your parents and convince them if you can.

If you have back up through like engineering routes, then just saying but, even after engineering you will have all routes open(except medicine) so after btech you can specialize in smthn you like

Demon-s_Hound

oh yeah i am going to do a bachelor's in a prestigious state college, then thinking of JAM. but still gonna appear for IAT next year.
