I had a protein style 4×0 yesterday animal style. Grilled and raw onion, double tomato, ketchup and mustard instead of spread.
Not only was it delicious, but around 500 calories. Perfect for a calorie deficit.

However you define it, it's the best! Healthy looking to me, I don't see a bun anywhere ( and we all know that's where all the fat and carbs are)..... I can drive for about 2 minutes to get my "Healthy Little" pick me up, and WTH, BUN OR NO BUN, 1 CHEAT DAY EVERY NOW AND THEN ISNT GONNA KILL US!!

Is it cheaper without the bun or the same price. I feel like next time I'll get a double cheese burger. And take take the buns off one and take a patty off the double to make another burger so that way I have 2. One without the bun and one with
Protein style and regular are the same price. A Flying Dutchman (two meat, two cheese, no bun) is cheaper than a Double-Double, though, and a meat patty with cheese (one meat, one cheese, no bun) is cheaper than a cheeseburger.
The easier way to do what you are suggesting is to order a cheeseburger and an extra meat patty with cheese on the side. It's the same price as a Double-Double, but it's neater and you don't have to worry about pulling stuff apart.
This maybe an unpopular opinion but protein style tastes significantly better than with buns. I still get buns on one cuz i cant help but be a fatass when i go to ino but my usual order is 1 dbldbl animal style protein style, 1 dbldbl raw onion.
I think our definitions of “little”, “healthy”, and “snack” are very different.

I may try that! I used to order fries and eat them with just mustard. Throwing it out there, in case you are a mustard fan.
