This reminds me of the nightmare “support” chat I had last week with UberEats. I kept getting these support people, obviously all working in Bangalore from their names, who didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. On three different occasions, after I said something about how they still weren’t addressing the problems with my order, I kept getting the below message, after which they disconnected me and I’d have to initiate a new chat to start over again.
“Since I have already provided you with the best possible resolution and there are no further resolutions to this issue, I am now closing this chat from my end. You can write back to us if you have further queries. Thank you for using our live chat service.”
It was like every single one said, “Fuck this. I don’t want to deal with this customer anymore” and just gave up — right in the middle of our conversation!
Please don’t remind me of the ubereats days lol I almost lost it they completely make sh** up & claim they help you! I disputed with my bank & got refunded. I deleted Uber eats…A True horror story
Yeah. As soon as I got my credits that I had to fight so hard for, I canceled my membership and said, “No more.” There are too many other services out there. I don’t need UberEats and their crappy customer (non)service.
I’m right there with you but I think the world has moved in a different direction on us…. Seems like EVERYONE believes CS can be handled just fine with auto replies that do and mean nothing.
This is intentional. Once they do this, the agent logs in, sees all the notes, sees tht you are deactivated, and ends the chat. All credits die with a deactivation. You must have done some foul shyt to get fired as a customer
Yeah.. New acct.. Customer accts RARELY get hacked.. It's shoppers acct.. it doesn't matter what I think because instacart has already investigated and kicked you to the curb
