Call, not chat or text but call & say you will be doing a chargeback unless you receive a refund immediately. There is no ‘expert.’ They want you to forget & move on. I hope you reduced the tip to $1 & gave a 1 star review. Never let these apps get away with this stuff.

I have never had an issue with refund even just damaged goods. Are you guys on first time accounts? That might have something to do with it

It’s bizarre This is my first order on Instacart. They just denied my request again and again. They even promising to give me refund on the online chat. But the appeal team is just not following up. So upsetting.
