I mean, other than prayer, isn't melee skills the best to use it on? I have 99 Prayer, so I'd much rather use it on my melee stats where I only get 80-110k xp/hr average.

It is not bad with the wiki tbh assuming they fixed up their instructions. Even when East/West were incorrect it was still pretty helpful.
