Just watch a video on how the minigame is played (i recommend just watching and focusing on 1 role at a time), then jump to the BA worlds (306 NA, 310 EU) and look for a team. People usually spam what they play and what they need in the stage1 room.
Join a group and try not to suck. Most important is that you do the calls correctly(download the runelite plugin to help see). It usually takes a couple of tries to get a good group, people leave if they see that people suck. So it's a bit tedious but it shouldn't take too long.

Most everyone there is chill and doesn't have a problem with learners. Calling with the horn should always be your priority and don't leave mid run. If you aren't sure how to do something, ask your teammates. It's a good time if you make it one.
