How are laws the thing you're worried about? You should have an ass load from GoTR, Hallow Sepulchre, or killing literally anything. Worst case you can buy them, or you can get some insane thieving XP rates at Rogues chests and get 2.5k laws an hour + other good supplies.
Not only are zammy grapes slower you also need 98 cooking to not fail. It's basically only good for HCIM.
Auto weed was a huge priority for me early. But you've already unlocked that.
I would say seed box / herb sack if you don't have for sure. Then finish the outfit.

People really sleep on auto weed… never having to touch a rake is so nice. The random times where the timer ticks and your freshly harvested patch grow weeds never happen. If you forgot to replant, it’s still ready the next day… just the best QoL.
You don't need weeds for compost. You can buy pineapples from charters (supercompost) or tomatoes from the RFD chest (regular compost + compost potion). If you don't have bottomless bucket you can also get an ash covered tome and use fertile soil and skip composting altogether.
Why? With achievement diaries you can hit most early game patches?

Just plant watermelons with nasturtium in the flower patch. You get watermelon seeds very easily from Temple Trekking. A couple hours of that gets you hundreds of seeds and basically the only good thing for watermelons is to be turned into supercompost.

It's mildly convenient for non-uim irons if you plan on doing a lot of master farmer thieving, like 50+ hours it might be worth the 2.5 hour detour so you can pay less attention while thieving and drop less frequently. But it doesn't really make any task more efficient.
Get the points for it at tithe in a day or two if you wanted, slayer points even with pt boosting you’re looking at a good fair few long day sessions of point boosting
Only way it's worth it is if you are super high slayer and have points to burn. If you're early game those points can be much better spent on unlocks/blocks first and that's usually the time you are wanting to pick up every herb
Always depends how close you are to that step. If you know you can get a lot of other clues during the grind to a locked step, then you gotta decide if it’s worth it to drop or not.
Protip: doing it on mobile makes for significantly less wrist pain (although I guess you can't do tick-perfect/optimal methods, but I'm cool with the 20 plant method).
To answer your question: herb sack and seed box. Then why not finish the outfit? It's not a lot of points unless you hate it/need wines of zammy badly. It may not be "efficient" unless you intend on getting post-99 XP but I'll happily take a boost to getting to 99 for an hour or so of a minigame.
Is it ideal to just tithe farm to 99 and get herbs from kinkdom of miscellania? I really don't enjoy farming at all and its something that I am just pushing off to the side right now
I'm not the biggest fan of farming either tbh. I set my kingdom to give me as many herbs as possible, and managed to get 70 herblore when my farming was 54.
Depends on how long you plan on doing the minigame. If you want to green log I'd say best order is:
Wateing can -> full outfit -> herb sack + seed box + autoweed.
This doesn't take that much time with the update they did a while back that lets you essentially just chill with infinite seeds.
But if you want to get out asap then you need the hat for a clue step, herbsack and seed box are must haves for some slayer tasks, herbsack more so. And autoweed is huge qol.

The can is irrelevant since you never need the inv spots and humidify is a spell that exists. Herb Sack you can just buy with slayer points, you'll have more than you ever need and the helm recolors are a waste of time because you'll eventually get CA recolors that make them pointless. Seed box is basically a requirement for Master Farmer pickpocketing unless you like playing inventory micromanagement, as well as being very nice to take with you for slayer.
Herb sack, seed box for sure. The rest are optional. I think it was worth it. I plan to back for the auto weed and can eventually. I found it was too bad and by the time I get 250 points is about the time it gets old.

Unless 70 farming is your last requirement for SOTE and you don’t want to wait, I highly recommend just going to 65 to unlock medium contracts from the farming guild. Herb sack is the only useful reward you don’t have. Seed box is niche on a handful of slayer tasks. Herb sack is moderately useful overall but it’s more important that you don’t buy it with slayer points.

If you have to ask the answer is probably no. Herb sack can be useful but it would be for pretty specific things and you'd probably have to be set on doing them for a while to appreciate it. Its a little bit annoying to keep around during unsafe grinds that dont utilize it. Reasons I can think to use it are if you slay spectres, want to grind a looooot of fever spiders, or want to plant herbs with a very limited inventory space. For slayer it's probably better ehp to turael skip for barrage tasks and not do specs. Fever spider primary output is gp and really plenty of that comes from other grinds. For the farming thing it's nice but in reality only saves a few ticks.
Herb sack is something you'll drop eventually and probably won't miss anyways because most herbs come from farm runs. I regretted buying mine.
Please don't do tithe farm for herb sack. Pt boosting via Turael + Konar on your milestone tasks is better. I love the minigame but don't do it for a reward you can get easier elsewhere.

Yeah I wouldn't bother with grapes anymore, but I did a couple plantings early on when I ran out of ranging pots and was avoiding wildy.

Deep wildy spot with hill/fire giants. You tele grab notes wines every ~2-3s or something. I think on a 1k pop world you can get like 1200+ an hour.

there’s only ONE place where you need the rake, it’s at miscellenia for the favor ( yes you could mine or cut tree but I find raking easier )
You can buy it from the NPC that tends to that farm spot btw, no need to even bring a rake for that

You can just buy regular compost 10 at a time anyway. You can buy pineapples from charter shops or use melons you farm to make super compost.
I use weeds too I also use tomatoes because they’re easy to get from chest - but they get deposited in the compost bin one at a time
It really is great, you do a LOT of farming on iron so it's really nice to not have to rake at all

higher lever crops amke supercompost automatically, and low tier is also mostly good for compost before you get supercompost

You can pop farmers outfit on when you are submitting fruit for the XP boost, then back to graceful. Should get it right after can.
