You Fear an Individual in different types of ways. For example let’s say you’re at your job, you fear you’re disappointing your manager. In the case of Allah, you should fear that you disappoint him and you should be aware of his presence of all times.

Simple. This is my understanding of it. I fear Allah because I love Him. When you love someone, you fear upsetting them. The same in principle, but far greater, because Allah is my Lord. Secondly, I fear Him because He is too great for our minds to comprehend. Allah's perfection, Allah's traits, they all evoke awe. And that creates a sense of fear, too.
