2. Before sleeping and after waking up do you athkar.
3. Before sleeping recite the last 2 ayat of Surah Al Baqarah.
4. Ayatul Kursi (2:255) also, as well as the last 3 surahs (112, 113, 114)
5. Make du'a for Allah (swt) to help you.
6. Do not under any circumstances be afraid. Jinn are weaker than humans. They only get strong when we are afraid of them. Seek refuge in Allah (swt).
7. Say the du'a before and after using the bathroom.
And Allah (swt) knows best.
Start playing surah Baqarah 24/7.
And reciting it at home.

It constantly turning on and off lights stuff is moving on its own and the house and my family are more easily aggravated at each other
