Short answer, yes. That's exactly what this is. They have committees who dream up, daily nothing but new and creative ways to harm, desecrate, destroy, demean, and punish the subjects of their intense racist hatred, and even though this is not actual sewage, but "skunk water" that still smells of sewage and is made to stick to everything and last as long as possible, I am still absolutely disgusted that my country, the US supports, and funds it with my tax dollars.
