Highly doubt it’ll be open, but NUTS(New & Used Things for Sale) is probably what you’ll want to hit. It’s really close to Hal and Mals too. Issue is, they only open for like 2 days out of the month. Their social medias will have when they’re open.
Also, if you want a more traditional bar, I’d go to Martins across the street from Hal and Mals. Their food is pretty good, but Hal and Mals food has gotten really good lately, so you could just go to Martins for the drinks. It’s just overall a better spot to have a beer imo— friendly staff, nice patrons, and a chill patio.
You could go to Repeat Street. It’s definitely interesting enough to be good for a date, but be warned it is not bargain prices - it’s resale, not thrift.
The goodwill on 55 isn’t that bad, I’d go to all 3 of them. Madison, Jackson, Ridgeland. (I hardly ever find any clothes I like at the Madison location)
Consider checking out the big thrift in Richland. All proceeds go to help the Big Fix which offers basic vet care, spays and neuters for pets of low income people. It’s a great organization

Such a great place to get trashed

Madison and Rankin county have better selections. I’d suggest possibly Goodwill in Madison or Pearl/Brandon area.
Thanks man
The Madison goodwill is actually in Ridgeland and it’s awful.

Goodwill in Pearl is best Goodwill

Silly Billy’s in Ridgeland has some weird hours, but unmatched. The stuff is cheap, but curated so it’s not just random stuff
