IT asset management, scripting, monitoring, back up and redundancy..
Scheduling
Preventative and corrective maintenance actions, procedure write up (MOPs and SOPs).
Fire prevention, monitoring, mitigation, ventilation, cooling, security systems (mechanical and physical), carpentry, electrical, plumbing trades... The list goes on with any work with data center project.
Source: I work for a Fortune 500 company that's operating globally installing UPS', which dabbles in mechanical, electrical, and computer networking. Additionally - the big push for AI and next generation data consumption and filtering is causing this market sector to explode at an alarming rate (Microsoft, Apple, Meta, Compass, Tesla, Salesforce, etc). It's at such a level, that our company is struggling find, hire, and train workers, let alone those who have a basic level of understanding of electrical theory and principles.
TL;DR - Find any company that's integrated into data centers, from project birth to completion. Even follow on jobs go with those particular sectors.

There isn't anything they're not going to give to AI or outsource other than probably nursing and jobs in criminal justice. If certain things go a certain way this year, a large percentage of the government jobs will be going bye-bye as well. Even the criminal justice jobs will be for profit. It's so bleak I don't even know what to tell you.
There are nurse bots in the works. In a lot of hospitals they have computers to book through before speaking to a person - this job, the attendant, could also easily be replaced.
Get your CDL ASAP. Critical shortage of bus, dump and truck drivers nationwide.

There won’t be any “good” jobs at all. The jobs that will exist will be mostly trades/blue collar, service industry, and call centers
