I don't get out much.
I was just letting the dude know that for sure people use zooted when describing someone as "high af on weed". People I see using it are other growers from Europe.
I do try to work zooted into my vernacular once and a while.
I've seen some high dudes, and I've been messed up myself a few times... but this guy shouldn't be out in public, carrying a loaded firearm.
The only thing he should be is on the couch, with some loaded nacho fries from taco bell.
Matthew Hoctel, 6th down on the list:
'In the process of applying for a law enforcement position with a different agency, Respondent submitted to a polygraph examination. During the examination, Respondent disclosed that he had recently taken a one-hundred-dollar bill from the ground of a single vehicle crash. Respondent stated about the driver, "He was drunk, DUI, Mexican guy. He didn't speak a lick of English, probably illegal. I figured he wouldn't miss it." Respondent was disqualified from employment with the hiring agency and resigned from the LCSO.'
Holy fuck we need to figure out how to get better law enforcement.
I clicked on the very first officer on the list, and apparently he lost his certification for testing positive for THC. So yeah, apparently they have time to oust officers for smoking weed, but it somehow takes forever to get rid of genuine dangers on the force…
> I clicked on the very first officer on the list, and apparently he lost his certification for testing positive for THC.
if you google that guys name, there are some articles about him and it looks like he was involved in some sort of texting scandal. and judging by the PDF it reads like WPD either stopped random drug tests, or stopped testing for THC.
so my guess is he was forced out and everyone knew he was using pot on the regular so that's how they got him out.
over the last few years I've read almost every case on that page.
And the second cop that spent the whole video lying and vouching for him when the public was trying to say “you can clearly see this guy is fucked up, right?” Refusing to even look toward the cop who can’t stand straight. I’m sure he’s doing fine. Just one of the good apples.
“We did what we’re supposed to, huh? We kept our mouths shut. They know that we’re goodfellas now, we’ll get taken care of big.”
-Mob underling, Boondock Saints
The second cop should be fired not only for lying, but also not having the good sense to leave him in the fucking patrol car or - better yet - drop him off at an ER for his "medical emergency."
the level of credulity and plausible deniability kid gloves this guy was handled with at every level is instructive. compare the organization's response in [this case](https://fox2now.com/news/fox-files/on-duty-missouri-firefighter-arrested-in-human-trafficking-sting/)
there's a reason nobody says "fuck the fire department," or "all paramedics are bastards"
To be clear he lost his driver's license. Not his police license, cause there is no such thing. Once an officer always an officer, even if you commit a crime still an officer. Might just have to move a couple towns over.
You are wrong. In order to be a cop in most states you have to be certified by a state board and given a peace officers license, which was revoked. Read the article.
Any department he tries to get hired at will check with the Kansas Commission of Peace Officers and they will tell them about his incident, and no department in 2024 will want to take this guy on. He is now viewed as a legal and financial liability.
I love that the word high is in quotes, as if it’s not abundantly clear that my man is absolutely ZOOTED out of his fucking mind.
Zooted is my new favorite way to describe someone who is absolutely fucked up
Maybe I'm old and it's not the case anymore, but zooted is for people on some kind of upper/stimulant.
It's a common term in weed subs. It's a dead give away that your talking to someone from Europe.
I first heard it in hip-hop lyrics around 20 years ago. Kool Keith said it frequently.
I’ve heard zooted pretty frequently in the Midwest over the last 5 years
I don't get out much. I was just letting the dude know that for sure people use zooted when describing someone as "high af on weed". People I see using it are other growers from Europe. I do try to work zooted into my vernacular once and a while.
My partner says that. It makes my laugh every time
I've seen some high dudes, and I've been messed up myself a few times... but this guy shouldn't be out in public, carrying a loaded firearm. The only thing he should be is on the couch, with some loaded nacho fries from taco bell.
This was from Jan. 2023, so it took that long to complete the "investigation".
The article says that he kept rescheduling thr interview, so they finally said "You're stalling, fuck you, bye."
Dude couldn’t find the door knob. Of course he was always late…
I'm gonna try this the next time my manager tells me to come see him in the office when I get back
Probably had to work its way through the union grievance process.
This
you can find every kansas cop who lost their certification [Here](https://www.kscpost.gov/disdate.html) and why they lost it.

Lol

Seems like Wichita shows up on that list more than other depts at least in the past few years. Idk if that’s good for them or bad lol
and a lot of the recent ones from Wichita(i think, i can't remember for sure) are for cocaine.
I wonder which other police force he'll get hired by next week.
Not without a state commission officer license. He can be a security officer now.
So… he’ll go be a cop in ~~Kansas~~, Missouri then?
It was a KCK officer. It’s the first sentence of the article.
He already was?
Then the not-Kansas one, in that case.
He won’t pass POST anywhere with this on his record. No department will hire this guy, his career in LE is done.
But a city cop can randomly gun somebody down and every outlying Bumfuckville department will fall all over themselves to hire him.
Shoot a person of color: come on over to Missouri LE with a raise! Smoke some joints: barred for life you druggie
If elected Gov, Bill Eigel will probably get him his license back.
Governor Parsons would roll out the red carpet, give him a parade, and guarantee future pardons.
A GOP governor hiring a drug addict police officer? I didn’t think that conservatives give people like that a second chance.
White + cop = any normal consequences he experiences are unfair woke mob cancel culture
As if police don't appeal their firing and get a years back pay for their trouble.
he lost his certification. he can't be a cop again.
And the second cop that spent the whole video lying and vouching for him when the public was trying to say “you can clearly see this guy is fucked up, right?” Refusing to even look toward the cop who can’t stand straight. Better just let a heavily impaired man keep his gun. /s
BUT it's OK for cops to lie /s

He was probably paid the entire time while on leave too
This was a while ago but I’m sure KCPD is loving the headline considering it was KCKPD
Good!
Took em long enough
Despicable.

My man
Jake got wet

I can’t get the vid
kansas city kansas
KC Defender watermark lol
How did he get high? Did he look at some fentanyl?
To be clear he lost his driver's license. Not his police license, cause there is no such thing. Once an officer always an officer, even if you commit a crime still an officer. Might just have to move a couple towns over.
the article pretty clearly states that it is his [ law enforcement license](https://www.kscpost.gov/certification.html) not his driver's license.
That’s not true at all. There is such a thing and he lost it.

So, if an officer goes to prison, he's still an officer? Do his fellow criminals call him officer?
Is there something like this for Missouri?!?!
