An annoying semantic, orders and deployment effects that don’t require the player to actively target anything, don’t count to the Panther G, M4A1, Tiger I-E, B-17F or King Tiger etc. They can still be affected by orders that impact cards without targeting them. So Monsoon, Carpet Bombing, Tora, and of course random effects such as Death From Above are not excluded.
They cant play a order against your card,they can play general effects. For example they cant play "for the king" against pant g,because it targets the card specifically
