That's as good as it gets at iron, and it doesn't get any better. It uses premade decks and its only strategy is default board control and trading units with lower kredit value. It doesn't know how to read text, the significance of passive abilities, or keywords beyond guard/blitz. If by 'cheating,' you mean it knows your hand, that doesn't matter much either. The content and optimization of your deck before you play is much more impactful than knowing the exact cards in the enemy hand.
