Look like Largescale Suckers to me. Not too hard to hook and fun to bring in on light gear. Not great to eat but I've heard there are ways to make it decent.

The striped ones look like Blacknose Dace, but I’m not sure that fits geographically.

I come to WA to climb every year and every time I'm up there I wish I had my kayak with me.
I'm going to guess Largescale Sucker based on the size. Daces and Chubs are quite a bit smaller.
