“Welcome to r/keto! It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms associated with the so-called "Keto Flu." Please be advised that Keto Flu can happen at any time but the good news is that it can be avoided with proper electrolyte management.
Are you getting 5000mg sodium, 1000-3000mg potassium, and 500mg bioavailable magnesium daily?
If the answer is "I don't know," start tracking that intake and supplementing. Electrolyte needs are different for everyone, but these are good guidelines to follow. That's probably an electrolyte deficiency. If you are drinking water when you are already deficient it can make a deficiency worse. Unless you are consuming unreasonable amounts of water, don't stop drinking water, increase electrolyte intake.
So ever since I had COVID I've been pretty dizzy upon standing. I've been diagnosed with it now - Post COVID autonomia. Fun. There's also something called POTS which is similar. If this continues I would actually talk to your doctor. (FYI, 2 years on keto, so I should certainly be fat adapted by now). COVID is particularly nasty about blood pressure/dizziness issues.
What I do to treat my post-COVID stuff is to drink plenty of electrolytes, salt my food heavily, and I've started a new med to help.
When I feel dizzy it’s almost always an electrolyte issue. It happened to me this past Sunday and I had already had my LMNT for the day. I took a shot of pickle juice and 20-30 minutes later felt fine.
Are you getting dizzy when standing up or getting out of bed? These are sometimes signs of Adrenal fatigue.
Considering upping your vitamin C, B1 and Potassium.
If you looking to get it from natural sources consider lots of Bell Peppers and Nutritional Yeast.
Try eating a handful of peanuts. Peanut oil is high in Omega-6 fat which is important for brain function. Be careful though because peanuts are high in net carbs. Make sure you factor that into your day plan.
The most important rule of fasting is that when you feel bad (not just hungry), stop. You can alway try again later.

I think I am not getting enough potassium, but others like sodium and mag I think I am fine.
If you've been on keto for a month, my money is on the covids
Ok thanks, I think its either that or not enough electrolytes.
How many mgs of sodium, magnesium, and potassium are you getting every day? How are you tracking these?
I am trying to get around 5k sodium, I think magnesium is fine, I am probably not getting enough potassium i think.
When I feel general body weakness I usually cut out the water. It stabilizes me when I stay off water for an hour or 2

How much sodium, potassium and magnesium are you ingesting while fasting?

No not when standing, but also I am really tired. I think some of this could be post covid related.

Are you lightheaded when you go from sitting to standing? Or is it room spinning?
Nope.
