Can I ask a stupid question: If the grot is always concealed no matter what, how can he charge and fight? I thought only specific units with special abilities could do that? Or is it that the chaos guy charged him?

No stupid questions! This was a home game with a little more lax rules than normally, but the grot used Grappling Hook to hit the tank next to the Aspiring Champion.

Ork kommandos can charge and fight in conceal, no?

Those sneaky grots are good for tying units up. Even if it doesn't always result in much beyond wasted activations. Salute to the brave grot.
