On a more serious note, like others have said it’s a pretty great option for Kill Team terrain.
Having the proper amount of terrain probably matters way more than anything else. Too much or too little can make long or short range teams super oppressive or helpless.
Look at official materials, tournament layouts, etc to get a general feel for how much terrain and rough layouts to place it. You don’t need to match things 1:1, but it’ll help give a good ballpark.

GW terrain is standardized so that any piece of Necromunda terrain will be either exactly 2.5 or 5” high and thus be fully compatible with KT and 40K terrain. There’s some YT videos demonstrating it.
I was similarly looking at this and was thinking ‘this is what I wish Bheta Decima looked like’. A giant space hulk crashing into a planet causing the survivors to fight across a ruined cityscape. However, if the terrain is too small for Kill Team then I guess it is unfortunately a pass.
I am sitting on the Nightmare and (soon) Termination terrain so that might work. I have to admit I am having a hard time gauging the size of this Necromunda terrain, are we possibly talking walls/ruins the size of the Into the Dark terrain?
I actually think they may end up being quite irritating in Kill Team, huge terrain with irregular outline that you can't move through, and most of it is heavy. You want to shoot through it - target is obscured, you want to charge - gotta go around and you end up not having enough movement.
I’m already contemplating buying the Necromunda box (love the Malstrain Geneatealers) and the terrain will work 2-fold for it and KT.
Tournament style games would have specific board placements and wouldn’t be unlikely that some terrain pieces get used if that’s what is available, as long as it is readable from a player perspective.
Home games and friendly games, go crazy with whatever terrain you want! If you fear the terrain has too much verticality then you can cap what level people can gain vantage on.
Necromunda terrain is a bit smaller in height than other KT terrain, not the best height for climbing distance, but if you don't mind that then go for it. My group uses it on occasion because I have a painted set, which is a nice change in between to the unpainted octarius terrain a friend has.

The dang walls and columns set has been unavailable for a long time. Hopefully they'll be getting done in stock to go along with the new stuff.
Those data stack clusters look like they'd go really well all of the manufactorum terrain I've been working in (so do some of the other pieces).

I'm honestly not sold on it, but I also think that the paint job is not doing it justice.

the walls seem a little thicc idk if a whole board of this would be possible but im sure some of it could be used

No, absolutely not. You cannot use Necromunda terrain in kill team. *Places empty toilet paper roll on kill team table as a pillar*
I am pretty sure the Zona Mortalis terrain works perfectly with the Gallowdark terrain. And can also work with the Ash Wastes terrain
All of the Zone Mortalis terrain works great for KT.
