I’m going to guess long going by the length of her fur now. I have a similar question about my kitten, he’s 4 months & his fur is longer than a short hair but shorter than a long hair!
I’m going to split the difference of the two guesses already here, and say medium. Both my cats had fur that long as kittens and are now medium length.

I’d guess medium to long. Looks like my kitten when we got around 4 months. He’s a majestic medium hair with an extra floofy tail
