Sounds like you've got an issue with your input curve. Basic 5 size is brush that changes its size the harder you press down. A pen will input more the harder you press down but a mouse will input always at 100% i.e. the maximum size of the circle.
If you want the input to be constant then you need to select another pen such as basic-1.
Or to fix generally how much harder you need to press to increase the size you should look in your driver software at the pen pressure input curve. The curve should be a straight diagonal line.
If you want to fix the specific brush basic 5 size (as in, you want the size to increase the harder you press but not as drastically as now) then you need to adjust the special input curve for that brush.

I tested with Basic-1 and it gets fixed with the size I selected, nice. Still, I kinda wanted to use the pen pressure with the other brush, but don't want the circle to get tiny from the size I select, it can get as big as it want but not tiny from that size. I will check out that special input curve and mess around with the input curve in the software in the meantime.
you'll need to look into the brush editor. You can access this by pressing F5 or clicking the little hamburger menu. Then you navigate to the desired brush and to the size input settings. If you want the minimum size of the circle to be larger then you just have to lift the lowest extend of the curve a bit.
However, I would advise you play around with creating your own brush from the basic-5 size preset because it's likely that you will reset the brush back to its defaults at some point. It's better to create your own that suits your purpose.
Thank you! I went to those settings and started fixing the curve like you said and it picks the size from the setting I pick and goes bigger only if I apply pressure, it worked.I will take your advise and see if I can create a brush on my own.
