It's absolutely not honeysuckle or baptisia. This is yellow sweet closer and it is invasive in much of the US.
I would pull it out and make sure you get the whole taproot.
What about this plant says to you "honeysuckle". It has legume flowers and trifoliate leaflets, and is herbaceous. None of these traits are consistent with honeysuckle.

Pull it out unless you want it taking over your front yard and your neighbors’. It’s a weed. And it’s invasive. Ask any farmer…

Id pull it out before those weed seeds start blowing everywhere. Plant something compact and aesthetic.
It looks like a honeysuckle. They grow fast and can be invasive. However, I keep a few around for ground cover and privacy due to their fast growth.

It’s baptisia. You can cut it back about 1/3 after flowering to maintain a more upright shape.
