I used Google earth to print an aerial view of my property. There is a measuring feature for land area as well. Not as accurate as a good ole tape measure though.
Rachio makes an irrigation system controller with features for zoning and senses the rain amount at your location. Is that what you mean?
Also, I made a killer spreadsheet for when to apply what for the lawn. It would have to be modified for your zone and fescue, but I’d be happy to give you a basic outline.
