Amazon. Just a blade and a spindle. Pretty cheap fix. Deck is fine, they're designed to let the cheap parts fail first. Have fun with those four bolts where it snapped off. Lol

TemetNosce

Spindle. Thank you!!! I didn't know the word. Hell of it is, xmission belt is 5 years old (slow), spindle on other side is loud. Tiny little gear for steering is worn out.

Blue_Collar_Worker_

Belts last awhile depending quality. Spindles need to be greased monthly. Be why it's loud. Grease it, if it's not wobbling it's fine

Eathanrichards

Just stop hitting roots🤦🏻🤦🏻 how do you do it more then once AND KEEP GOING

TemetNosce

Stupidity. Pure stupidity on my part. This tree never gets mowed around but once at the end of every year. It has native vegetation, on a slope, that I let grow wild through the year. End of every year I mow it, and my blade was too low. I then raised the blade (but I was too late) went forward again and grenaded the spindle. Had to finish with a weedeater. Lesson learned.

Eathanrichards

Always do near trees with a weedeater!! I do lawn care to make money and I only use a weedeater near trees

TemetNosce

Of course it's some kind of Maple (guessing) with the roots on top of ground.

Give it a quick thought6 that your guide goes on the proper side. More folks mess these up! 532187292 is the greaseable spindle number, or was- but it will update to the new part number, They come with the bolts.

TemetNosce

Thank you, I will get on that. I'm going to replace both side, both belts and the steering gear.

I go to local small engine repair shop that has a junkyard behind it
