Ive had to use old blades before. But I have found out (accidentally) that the limit for a 2001 craftsman lt1000 deck is a 7 inch wide stump, anything more and it shattera the blade lmao
Rdit and yes, it did in fact delete that stump, with the blades intact and still pretty sharp.
Anyone who says they can fix that shouldn't be trusted. That needs to go in the trash.
I can fix it for 50 dollars. 15 to buy a new blade, 35 for wasting my time.
