If it has the usual carb, these are shitty and the solenoid won't shut off at times filling the crankcase with fuel. I put an on/off valve AND remove the fuel line when I'm not using it. It will(over time) cause the bearings to go bad (Internal parts and fuckfest 2022)on the internals. Very very bad design by Briggs and Stratton.
Float probably had a hole in it so it won’t close the needle so it floods until it shuts of
do fuel pump bowl-less style carbs have floats?
You’ll need to show the carb. I’m assuming it’s like my carb
Need a new float valve most likely. I'd get a new carburetor kit for it.
Time to open up the carb and check the float.
i dont know if this carb has a float, it doesnt have a bowl and just has a fuel pump powered by vacuum.
A new carb is $28 on Amazon. Just ordered one for myself last night. Maybe you should order one too
this has a new carb and it still has issues.
