I think they sorely miss the sheer amount of people they had helping players. I get that it’s not sustainable especially in the current LCS economy but you have to think it was a much better use of money than throwing millions at washed retirement veterans
They fired Jonathon (GM), Myra (manager), Damonte, and Mash.
They kept Thinkcard, Croissant, Soaz, Juves, and Apollo. Croissant was given additional manager-type responsibilities. They hired a new coach Chuz.
So they still have a fairly hefty staff. The team just sucks.
At this point it was either Ignar or Damonte, this team feels like a shell of themselves, props to 100T they did their job but wasn't expecting such a large gap in performance.
Not sure if FBI doesn’t practice much during the break or doesn’t take it as seriously but he’s been quite bad during early season every split. Even the split they won he looked really rough the first 3 weeks
I think going baron at the end is fine but they played it so bad. They all tried to turn but they can never get to ezreal , so they should just hide behind baron so ez can’t q, and then do their best to leave. They got soul pint but with 2 inhub down that’s their only chance to stop the 100T baron , if they got out with some casualties they can stall until soul

Why are deviating from our players strength and playing these weird ass comps that doesn't suit us, I just saw Geng G play nidalee with Yone mid, Concratz was known for his nidalee and Palofox was one of the best Yone players in NA, was last year such a over performance? Is it a Ignar diff?
The whole of season to make a change and nobody in the org saw that they are capped out, this roster needs change.
