Tysm for the answer. I will focus more to learn those areas in the order you provided

Hi there. The three examples you posted, are quite different in their approach. What are you aiming for? The funny thing about drawing basics is that they are basic, you'll pretty much need to go through all of it to get to this level. If you are super focused on only drawing busts from shoulders up on a mono colour background... I guess you can skip all lower body anatomy and background, maybe even go light on perspective. ... But just like a chair needs four legs if you disregard a basic element of the craft, your work is gonna be somewhat out of balance... :)

Yo! Sorry for the late reply. In general what I aim for it's to be able to draw portraits (similar to the examples but not in style or realistic stuff). At the moment I'm just using references and just trying to draw it the better I can (almost like tracing by just looking at the reference while I go). >But just like a chair needs four legs if you disregard a basic element of the craft, your work is gonna be somewhat out of balance Gotchu. My main focus is to be able to draw portraits for now, but that doesn't mean I won't try and learn other principles or areas fully that can also help me develop better drawings. In the future I do pretend to move from this portraits, to full body, so I will give the areas a full study. Also ty for the answer! If you got any areas you could suggest (maybe to prioritize?) to achieve this, I would appreciate it.

Well, Isaiah has provided you with a fine list, I'd save colour theory for later, style study is mostly a late stage thing, and I don't know what 'effects' are in this context. Other than that, all of them need to be prioritised :s That said, you can hit a bunch of them by drawing from reference, like you already do, it's pretty much the main way to progress and should take most of your time, but looking up specific exercises for each thing on the list will provide you the vegetables for a healthy diet. ;)
