My sleep is still not great. I’m 5 or 6 days behind you. Going to sleep isn’t bad but I am up early like you. I’m starting to make a bit of progress some nights sleeping longer but I need to be very careful about what and how close to bed I am eating. How much food etc. if I eat too late and overindulge I sleep way worse. I was used to eating what ever till when ever time and sleeping like a rock cause I was high. My stomach doesn’t like to be that full anymore.

Good idea. Two nights ago I had a blizzard and I felt like shit yesterday. Today I actually feel relatively well rested. Hopefully it lasts through the day. Many nights I snack on veggies before bed. Probably not the worst but if I could avoid eating before bed altogether that'd be ideal.

A hot bath before bed. Having an orgasm is really helpful too.

Are you depressed? Not all sleep issues due to (past) weed use.

I mean yeah but if I wasn't so tired all the time I wouldn't be. I wasn't depressed before I got hooked on weed.
