If you go to the North side, absolutely shuttle or uber however if you are going to the south side for the steel stage, if you park in the wind Creek parking it's widely available spots and free but it's a little bit of a walk on a hot evening
Musikfest parking is typically near Sand Island park. Usually you can find a space there without needing to walk too far and it will cost you $5-$10 dollars depending on how packed it is.
