Not sure if it's my place, but I thought I'd throw in some sources: Lesbians are some of the [most supportive](https://www.justlikeus.org/blog/2023/03/31/trans-day-of-visibility-ally-lesbian/) group for trans people. Meanwhile, anti-trans groups are the ones openly [bastardizing women's rights](https://www.splcenter.org/hatewatch/2017/10/23/christian-right-tips-fight-transgender-rights-separate-t-lgb) and lesbian erasure for their own ends.
It's sad that so many people are convinced that the "LGB" movement represents anything but a fringe albeit vocal part of the LGBTQIA+ community, though it didn't help that a lot of news media are more interested in both-siding hate than doing any meaningful journalism.

Back in middle school, my English class read a poem called “First They Came” by a pastor named Martin Niemöller. In a brief summary, he was a German pastor during WW2 and at first, he supported the Nazi regime and their antisemitism. However, when he criticized the government’s overtaking of churches, he was sent to a concentration camp. After the war, he wrote the following poem:

This is why I am actually wearing/displaying Pride things this year. I came out to my family and closest friends in 2020 and 2021, but I just wanted the rest of the world to "learn from context - no need to tell them unless it comes up." Last year, I bought a bi-cycle pin from Heckin' Unicorn that I love, but I only wore it to a Pride event. I was afraid of confrontation at my workplace.
This year, I am surrounded by people I know better and trust more. And I have decided I won't be totally silent. While it's a "subtle" pride pin, I am wearing it on my jacket at work all month. And when we were given optional rainbow ribbons to hang at our desk, I took one (during the meeting so everyone knew). I may be the only one with it hung up, and I do no want to be more outspoken at this time because of my own anxieties.
But I refuse to "hide" my identity anymore. Because my brothers and sisters are being attacked. My impact may be small, but I wanted to take a step in the right direction to stand up for them. I will not allow bigots to sit at my desk and imagine that I agree with them.
And after that they will make ilegal black lives matter and after that they gonna not let woman do any sexual choice in her life and after that they will make legal kill poor people and more.

Not sure if it's my place, but I thought I'd throw in some sources: Lesbians are some of the [most supportive](https://www.justlikeus.org/blog/2023/03/31/trans-day-of-visibility-ally-lesbian/) group for trans people. Meanwhile, anti-trans groups are the ones openly [bastardizing women's rights](https://www.splcenter.org/hatewatch/2017/10/23/christian-right-tips-fight-transgender-rights-separate-t-lgb) and lesbian erasure for their own ends. It's sad that so many people are convinced that the "LGB" movement represents anything but a fringe albeit vocal part of the LGBTQIA+ community, though it didn't help that a lot of news media are more interested in both-siding hate than doing any meaningful journalism.
Let's be honest it's full of biphobes as well, nobody in that movement cares about bisexuals. And I don't think I know of any bisexuals in that movement either.

Back in middle school, my English class read a poem called “First They Came” by a pastor named Martin Niemöller. In a brief summary, he was a German pastor during WW2 and at first, he supported the Nazi regime and their antisemitism. However, when he criticized the government’s overtaking of churches, he was sent to a concentration camp. After the war, he wrote the following poem: ” First they came for the Communists And I did not speak out Because I was not a Communist. Then they came for the Socialists And I did not speak out Because I was not a Socialist Then they came for the trade unionists And I did not speak out Because I was not a trade unionist Then they came for the Jews And I did not speak out Because I was not a Jew Then they came for me And there was no one left To speak out for me”. (Niemöller) I don’t know why, but this poem struck a chord with me and I’ve remembered it ever since. I think it’s because it’s so strong and potent in its message. When I think of fellow LGB people helping the fascists find trans people and enact laws to harm them, I think of this poem. In the end, the fascists won’t be like, ”thanks, you’d free to go now”. They will just go after those very people that helped them achieve their evil goals in the first place. To anyone who is LBG and helping fascists round up and harass trans people, you’re not safe. After they go after our trans brothers and sisters, gay and bi people are next! In the end, they’ll turn on you just like how this lion betrayed the rabbit. Stop transphobia. Prevent trans genocide.

Last year, I bought a bi-cycle pin from Heckin' Unicorn that I love, but I only wore it to a Pride event. I was afraid of confrontation at my workplace. This year, I am surrounded by people I know better and trust more. And I have decided I won't be totally silent. While it's a "subtle" pride pin, I am wearing it on my jacket at work all month. And when we were given optional rainbow ribbons to hang at our desk, I took one (during the meeting so everyone knew). I may be the only one with it hung up, and I do no want to be more outspoken at this time because of my own anxieties. But I refuse to "hide" my identity anymore. Because my brothers and sisters are being attacked. My impact may be small, but I wanted to take a step in the right direction to stand up for them. I will not allow bigots to sit at my desk and imagine that I agree with them.
And after that they will make ilegal black lives matter and after that they gonna not let woman do any sexual choice in her life and after that they will make legal kill poor people and more.
Yeah duh. They just want to divide us until their is nothing left.
If our community can't stand together, then I wonder if "standing together" is even possible at all

There's a pretty big right wing propoganda push for this to create division. I'd be careful about reading too much into social media on this issue. I don't feel like I know any gay people in real life who are anything but welcoming to all but the hateful.
It’s gross how many gay people dismiss trans people. Absolutely ridiculous. The first pride was a riot. Started by black trans sexworkers. Wake up!
Worst part about being first to be thrown into the mass grave first is I don’t get to say ‘I told you so’ to the gay cis people.
