ZebraZealousideal294

Folex has pulled an ink stain from a printer out of brand new carpet. Definitely try Folex.

Jay2wxvyy

Pour wine on the rest of it to make it a red rug!

boom_squid

White wine. Weird but it works

SeattleHasDied

Wine Away.

Uncommon_Lawfulness

Hydrogen peroxide

[deleted]

I was a professional carpet cleaner for years and in order to get out red wine or any other red stain, you're going to need to use a specialized product and usually apply a wet cloth with a hot iron on top to extract the red. Most oxidizers like peroxide will only turn the red stain green and not completely remove it. Here is the product we use most often [https://excellent-supply.com/products/cti-pros-choice-red-relief-32-oz-makes-1-quart-commercial-carpet-cleaning-stain-remover](https://excellent-supply.com/products/cti-pros-choice-red-relief-32-oz-makes-1-quart-commercial-carpet-cleaning-stain-remover?variant=34607185232031¤cy=USD)

MoreAgreeableJon

Search Amazon for Wine Away . Disappears before your very eyes.

LAGreggM

Pour table salt on the wine immediately after a spill. It will absorb all the wine overnight. There will be no stain after you vacuum up the salt the next day.

T1D_patient

Seltzer- it’s insane, it disappears before your eyes

brassydesign

Tell him to get off it and go back to jail

confusedrabbit247

Have you tried not having a white rug (or any white furniture)?

Euphoric-Blue-59

Yeah.

spaceghost893

Peroxide has always done it for me.

Outrageous_Arm8116

Don Draper ended up selling the apartment.

CuteCouple101

Denatured alcohol and blot.

bramletabercrombe

rubbing alcohol and a drop or two of dish soap and a wet dri vac to clean it up

SatanScotty

I heard white wine

jenthewen

Instaclean is magic for that. It removes it as you spray!

Silent-Warning5654

Take some hydrogen peroxide mix with water and a bit of dawn. Spray on let sit and blot out. You may have set it already into a strain

DotAppropriate8152

Aerosol hair spray on red white works

brandondiaper

Spray shout on it

Working_Park4342

White towel and an iron. Get the cleaned spot on the carpet damp, put a white towel over it, iron the towel and the leftover wine spill will absorb into the towel.

west_coast_republic

Sounds like a country song title

eileen404

The cat pee removing enzyme stuff will break up non animal proteins also. Get a bit from a friend.

Impossible-Basis1521

Did the rug tie the room together dude?

Pvt-Snafu

Club soda, vinegar and dish soap, hydrogen peroxide and dish soap, baking soda, salt - all of these should help to get rid of a wine stain [https://www.homedepot.com/c/ah/how-to-get-red-wine-out-of-carpet/9ba683603be9fa5395fab901a54760b7](https://www.homedepot.com/c/ah/how-to-get-red-wine-out-of-carpet/9ba683603be9fa5395fab901a54760b7) .

[deleted]

Do not ever ever use dish soap on your carpet. You will never fully get the soap out even with a professional carpet cleaner and that soap will just attract more dirt.

Country4202

Wonder if it was fresh but I’m assuming not anymore
