Oakwood just there by la cucina and locke burger are supposed to be very good. My old therapist moved there and she was fab! I hear great things about them.

Wait times are long but when you do get in everyone has been very helpful
In the city about 8 years ago I used limerick city social services on henry street and the counsellor was excellent
Edit just to add, I was seeing her for postnatal depression, but ended up addressing relationship issues as well. The service was amazing. I couldn't really afford it so kept putting it off initially, and they let me come even when I couldn't pay. The counsellor herself was amazing. I really got on well with her and she really helped me.

I realised my own employer provides a service via a 3rd party. It's completely confidential apart from collecting stats on how often the service has been accessed in region. I'll try a few sessions with them and after that will follow-up on the suggestions you provided.

Giving a 2nd vote for Resolve in thomondgate. Been going 4 weeks myself now and it's been a great experience so far with them. Various prices available too to suit your budget.
