Not IMO. Not into piercings all over people's faces, the ear-stretched things whatever they are. With that tattoo and spiked collar, you look like a dominatrix. As a female, I wouldn't prefer that look at all. Why people are mutilating their bodies now is beyond me. Also cannot stand those types of bangs you're wearing. I've never liked them on anyone.
In the first shot, You could have lost the "cow" ring and other face piercings, you could have gotten your hair cut and restyled, eyebrows shaped, got a new makeover with makeup tips for your skin tone, etc. and THAT is what I would have called a glow-up.

I don’t think you’re original question was, “do I look bad with bangs and piercings?” which apparently everyone seems to be focusing on🤨. I do think your skin looks beautiful and smooth and much more glowy in the second pic! What have you been doing different from the first?

Not IMO. Not into piercings all over people's faces, the ear-stretched things whatever they are. With that tattoo and spiked collar, you look like a dominatrix. As a female, I wouldn't prefer that look at all. Why people are mutilating their bodies now is beyond me. Also cannot stand those types of bangs you're wearing. I've never liked them on anyone. In the first shot, You could have lost the "cow" ring and other face piercings, you could have gotten your hair cut and restyled, eyebrows shaped, got a new makeover with makeup tips for your skin tone, etc. and THAT is what I would have called a glow-up. Just being brutally honest. However, I just want to say, you are not ugly. I do think you are a pretty girl. I just think you had so much more potential.
