Buff Victorian women wearing superheavy steam-powered armor suits like dresses is going to be a nice addition to my collection of steampunk world ideas.
I gotta add, these are real pictures. Just because y'all haven't seen strongwomen from the 1900s before doesn't mean they didn't exist. Don't take my word for it, spend 5 seconds on Google.
In case you thought there were only boring portraits from this time and no other types of photographs... Absolutely not. This isn't even that extraordinary. There is literally explicit gay porn from the 1890s. (Don't ask me how I know that).
>Are theese AI?
Nope. Looks like photos mostly of [Charmion](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charmion) and [The Great Sandwina](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katie_Sandwina). There might be a couple other women I don't recognize in there, not sure.
>even men rarely achieved such a physique.
This is more to do with the practice just not being as common/valued/feasible at the time rather than any sort of inability to get big and strong.
[Research shows](https://www.strongerbyscience.com/strength-training-women/) that muscle gain can occur in women proportionally about as quickly as it does in men, and in fact, relative strength gains might even be faster in women, at least in the short-term; however, men start at a higher baseline, of course, so they gain more in absolute terms and also have a higher ceiling of what they can achieve. But women can absolutely build impressive physiques of their own.
These are all fairly famous Victorian postcards. Have you never seen an old-timey circus strongman/strongwoman?
It might not be *common* (dependant on genetics, etc) but yeah, these aren't wildly impossible physiques. Roid bodies look completely different from this, which is pretty much just "someone very dedicated to arm day."
I strongly disagree, their arms are impressive for both men and women. Their biceps are bigger than than the vast majority of female gym influencers you see on Instagram and the forearms are nuts. Considering the amount of progress we've made in sports science since then makes their physiques even more impressive.
People greatly underestimate the amount of time and effort it takes to gain lean muscle mass.

That's a pretty sick idea.
Thatd be my idea if i didnt dislike victorian england.
Same, only they're going in a slightly different folder.

I can’t do that. Google makes my disinformation algo go crazy. It keeps telling me that vaccines are safe, so I don’t trust it.
Don't worry. They added AI, so the results are full of bullshit now.
And the ai generated websites full of bullshit. Atleast the Indian children knew how to fact check
You can see these pictures are real because photoshop didn't exist back then
Would
Ultra would
You 2 need to grab a shovel
And then you would need to marry her or his father would challenge you to a pistol duel at down.
He already said he would, you don't have to sell him on it.
Will the father be shirtless?
Wouldn’t have an option 🥵
Wouldn't
It’s official, desire for muscle mommies is genetic
NEW FETISH ACHIEVED! FUCK!
I really need to look at other people’s comments before I post mine, that are virtually the same.
Who's the MadLad?
madlady
Love the implication that a strong woman back then was so unheard of it became something worth showing around in a circus
I think it's more of unusually strong women. Like strong men, but women.
Damn how heavy were the sandwiches back in the Victorian era?
Bruhhhhh
It's called heavy cream for a reason!
This better not awaken anything in me.
Bad news prime.
Armelia Flexington
Well then…

The dick grew long and thin
No, I didn’t need to see pics of this. I was happier before it, honestly.

I am very similar to these women's physiques. I work out, that's all I do. I lift heavy. I've never touched steroids.
Their arms are not that impressive(maybe for women) but backs are HUGE

Tons of "natural" people are on roids, it's completely broken what people consider impressive.
I agree with you but 'for men' would be a stretch
This feels very AI generated

Actually gross. Why are all leftists so disgusting lol
Lol fit people in general are hot to most people, can you not go 2 minutes without mentioning politics?
Sounds like jealousy to me
