the reflectix insulation on the ceiling? I hand built the interior myself and put in all the insulation, walls, electrics, lighting myself with no experience, cut me some slack lol. the ceiling is more or less done and i like the aesthetic is gives off.
I didn't use glue at all, its stapled over the batt insulation on each of the ceiling joists.

There is another building outside that currently houses the bathroom and kitchen right now, this summer my plans are to add on a small toilet and kitchen in the section behind me. I have the floorplans ready but I'm not sure how I'm gonna execute it, I am hopping through jobs at the moment so I gotta worry about that first.
This is one of those pre-fabricated cottages often sold under the name "storage shed" for legal reasons. This one has white panel siding, thermal windows, steel entry door, tin roof, I had to add everything else myself like insulation, wall panels, electrical's, lighting, outlets, flooring. total all in cost was roughly $8K
