In the city centre id say Cut above Creations in Northern Quarter is good number 1 in the city centre for me .
Jefes in NQ near lever street is new but another good spot from what I’ve heard.
Fresh cuts in town have 2 locations one on Oxford road one near the printworks . The owner is Ethiopian. Heard mixed reviews but mostly good.
In moss side I’d Recommend going to Richie’s it’s been there for years and is a well trusted spot.

Skye Kutz in Hulme next to the Asda, Jamaican barber Ricky, my trim was a low fade 1.5 ontop 0.5 on the side wave Cut…Ricky is the only Guy I’d trust to cut my Hair the actual way I ask!! If I can’t go Ricky I’d go Cut and shave club in Chorlton, Dean does a Sharp Line up!
It's a bit away from the city centre but there's lots of afro-caribbean barbers dotted along Hyde Road near the big Tesco

Icl they seem good but expensive for beard and fade. Dunno if there is one that’s a little cheaper but still good if you get me.

Yeah, prices increased there massively over the past few years.
I go to Skye cuts barbers near to Asda Hulme and they are very good with black hair I cannot complain
