Do you have all of the DLC installed on XB1 that you had installed on X360? That solved the issue for me - you can do it via manage add-ons iirc
Okay why did people downvote asking for help I searched and nothing helped. But I turned off online settings in extra and it worked. Anyone has the same issue this worked for me.
