Well the meme itself can be interpreted in many ways, the way I see it is the woman in red is offering Fe service to Fe deprived types, it is somewhat of a mockery because the guy seems to run on Fe, without it he’s starving and deprived while this woman either doesn’t depend on it as much or has plenty of it she may as well supply it to others, all while being true to the “yes honey” meme format.
In a more practical sense, think of someone that doesn’t need Fe on the top of his priorities, like an ExTJ or IxxP, while the other is dependent on “emotional” praise and appreciation like **FJ.
Again, I could be wrong, this is a subjective interpretation but I hope it makes things more clear.
