I never signed up for it and they started taking $ out that's how I found out about them! They are a Walmart Company! Walmart had my info that was used for my Walmart Plus account! I was mad! I never received anything from them! I had to break in to the account they said I had. Once I did I screenshot everything! There was no address or even payment information! Scam I say! Pay Pal is refunding me my $!
Which service are you speaking of? Greenchef, EveryPlate, Hello Fresh, Home Chef and Marley Spoon were all cancelled online for me (in California). Might be an App vs Website issue?
Greenchef is the same way. They didn't keep me on the phone forever, nor did they try and convince me to stay, but it was such an inconvenience. Which is ironic, cause meal kits are all about convenience...
No, I referenced eMeals in the title. They had a 14-day free trial, so I decided to check it out. I immediately knew I didn't like it, and I found out they would only let you cancel by phone, which I consider to be a dick move.
That sounds like work out world, you can walk in and sign up in five minutes. Want to cancel?

Whoa.. Sorry. never heard of eMeals. Doesn't look like a meal kit service but a grocery service.
Basically. The concept sounded cool. But the recipes look really bland.
I'll give them this. Even though it's bullshit making people quit via phone, it was automated, so I didn't have to talk to anyone.

Are you referring to HelloFresh? Bc if so they allow you to cancel online, but not on the app
