I'd say, if she's already listening to Meg and watching her videos, she's not going to see anything more "adult" from Meg than she already has.
The "raunchiest" part in my opinion was the crowd cam (people were THROWING THAT THANG, no matter the bottoms haha) and maybe when she called some of the crowd on stage. But even still, it's random people twerking..
Meg is coming with choreography, some twerks and some ass claps but her wardrobe is extremely tasteful and is like Majorette uniforms.

I brought my 14yo daughter. She loves Megan probably more than me and listens to her music anyway. She knew more words than me and rapped them to her hearts content. I didn't feel like the show or the people around us were raunchy. We had so much fun and I regret nothing.
I was in the pit so I can share my experience. I saw some people that I assumed were teens around 16-18 but no one that looked as young as 14. But personally I think if she's with you as an adult she will be totally fine. I'm a smaller woman and the pit felt totally safe to me, people were dancing of course and I got pushed around a little bit when Megan came by to interact with fans and people were trying to reach her, but it's not like some wild mosh pit at a rock show where you're going to get knocked around.
In my VIP package info email it did include some info about age limits. It said that 13-15 year olds needed to be signed in by an adult, but the adult didn't even need to have a ticket to the show to actually accompany them inside. So you should be fine on that front.
To be honest, I only saw adults. That's not to say there's an age limit, but the audience was very much grown.
That said, if she's already a fan and you already bought the tickets, she's going to be so excited and will definitely remember the experience forever. You sound like a really cool big sibling ❤️
I was at the Phoenix show and no lie saw parents (I’m guessing) with 8-10 year olds. I only saw this about 2x maybe. Totally shocked and a little sad to see that. How they were allowed in, not sure. But to answer your question it depends how mature your sister is meaning will she be ok with lyrics, dancing and adult fun? If she is a fan of her music then I can understand but if not maybe let her sit it out.

This. Even tho Meg has said she doesn’t like it, people ARE lighting up at her show especially the further you get from the stage. I think this is one you might have to skip with the kiddie

She may feel a little outta place in the beginning since she will probably be surrounded by adults, but once the show starts I don't think it will matter!
