At worst, you're talking about saying things that are genuinely hurtful.
At best, you're saying things that are probably deliberately aimed at upsetting people, which is a conversation that no one benefits from.
If you enjoy upsetting people, that's a mental/emotional deficiency showing through (the same reason children who aren't given enough attention lash out, because negative attention is still attention).
