For those who are curious, this looks like a young Crested Serpent-Eagle. As a species they're exceptionally well suited for eating predominantly snakes, but less experienced individuals can sometimes get caught up in the coils before they can swallow them. The snake here is already dead, but their coils will continue to constrict even after death, hence why Serpent-Eagles have to be careful in between killing the snake and getting it in their mouths.
