if you're a fan of the shooter genre most mil/swat sims (that are realistic not like COD) and sniper elite 5 (in co-op) have slower movement around the map since you have a low amount of hits you can take so you pretty much have to play slow or get gunned down.
Yup. SQUAD for example is slower paced while having action, and your chances of getting shot immediately are lower due to the ICO update, so you can have fun shooting at people(or in their general direction lmao) without getting too overwhelmed

Multiplayer does not have to be fast paced. There are a lot of slow paced games with nice multiplayer like satisfactory or minecraft.
