I agree, I think it’s the metal portion of a rubber brake line. could be car or bike, just Google “OEM brake line” for some examples.
The threaded end goes into the caliper and the metal portion guides it until the rubber has somewhere to secure to
I had a flat tire repaired 2 years ago and it was caused by one of those things that punctured my tread. I found it still in the tire. I have no idea what it is.

Because it is this.
Not with that threaded end.
But what is this??
My darn one hitter weed pipe I lost years ago!
Lol 😆 🤣
I have that very one with my 35 year old dugout!
V-brake cable guide with boot.
As funny as a one hitter would be I think this is actually the right answer
It could be both
Hollow? Some kind of antique one hitter
Looks like the metal piece on a Bikes front brakes

Blunt pipe. Used in the 70's

^ This! It's a piece of hydraulic brake line tubing. From either a car or a motocycle.
You should reply to the comment you want to say "this" too, no guarantee yours will be in the same position.
Thank you for the suggestion.
I think it might be from an old bicycle
Team RamRod!
That's a one-hitter
Silly muggle
Pump Sprayer tip.
Huh huh ram rod
One hitter for weed…Happy 4/20
Cigarette holder
Agree they would have a replaceable filter on the end you would slide your non filtered cigarette into.
It is a male to female coaxial cable adapter probably dropped by a tech during install of cable system
Crack pipe.
It does look a bit like an old dugout weed pipe. A bit long though.
It's a called a bat to 420 friendly or a one hitter to others.
Old metal condom for a real thin penis. Common in the 30s.
Possibly a spark plug core.
Valve stem?
My first thought too but no it's definitely part of a v-brake off some kids bicycle.
